Who we are and what we do

Hello! My name is Summer and I am the proud owner and baker of Simply Sunshine Baking! I am a passionate self taught baker who loves to bring smiles and joy by creating beautiful homemade baked goods. I grew up in the small town of Embrun Ontario but relocated to Innisfil and am currently serving the area of Simcoe and the GTA. My baking creativity all started at a very young age baking with my Nanny and haven't stopped since. With my passion for baking and specialty in cakes, I hope to take part in celebrating and supporting our local communities.
